Our
History:
Speedy Air Cargo Inc. was
established in 1985 after it became apparent that there was a
growing need for responsive, reliable, and individualized logistics
services in the industry. With the recent growth and availability
of high-technology, most of our competitors have opted to replace
their knowledgeable staff with programmed computers to answer
customer’s calls and respond with generic solutions to individual
needs. It certainly was interesting being able to talk to a
computer and have it recognize speech. Unfortunately, it quickly
became a frustrating process having to spend so much time going
through all of the options just to get someone on the line that
again offered only generic scripted responses. This new method of
customer service was getting little accomplished and an urgent need
for something better was on the horizon.
With over 20 years of solid
experience and management in the freight forwarding industry and a
network of associated offices and agents around the globe, Speedy
